You can use the FTP or SFTP option. If you have a WordPress account, you can also use the Add Wordpress site option.
Follow the steps below to add your website.
- Login to your client area on Finxhost.
- On the dashboard, scroll down to Your Active Products/Services and locate CodeGuard among the products purchase.
Once you have located it, click on it. You will be redirected to a page that shows an overview of your CodeGuard service. - Scroll down to Codeguard Management Dashboard, and click the Manage Codeguard button
A new tab will be opened on your browser to help you manage it. - Scroll down to the Add a site section on the dashboard and select the option you want to use.
- Scroll down to the Add a site section on the dashboard and select the option you want to use.
- Enter the URL of your website
- Your FTP server is your domain name
- Your Username is the Username of your cPanel account
- Your password is the password of your cPanel account.
If you decide to use the SFTP option, please contact us for the port number to use. - Click the Test website Connection button. If everything works, the connect your website button will become enabled for you to connect your website.
